Ellen has worked with businesses ranging in size from one to over a hundred employees, in a variety of industries including financial, professional services, distribution, construction and manufacturing.

Ellen works closely and collaboratively with her clients to understand their organization’s unique situation and culture. Ellen has a Masters Degree in Organization Development and has been trained as a Business Development Coach. She has been educated in mediation and consensus processes as well as negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
